Copenhagen sites

We typically do a lot of walking and today was no exception, probably walked 10-12 km today
getting to and from trains to take in some great sites in Copenhagen. Started off with the statue the little mermaid, worked our way along the water through a palace courtyard and along the side of a castle. Various pictures below the ones of the spire we climbed is Church of our Savior (Danish: Vor Freslers Kirke) that was completed in 1752 it's 400 steps with the last 150 outside and is 90 meters high. We also walked around Christiania also known as Freetown, it's is a self proclaimed autonomous neighbourhood of approx 1000 residents and covers 34 hectares in the borough of Christianshavn. We took no pictures of this area as it is not allowed lots of info and photos on Wikipedia if you are interested.

  1. Where is that mutt Kelsey? Is he even there? I haven't seen him in any pictures...lol. I was in Copenhagen in 1989 for 24hrs. I remember seeing the Mermaid and the canal in Copenhagen. I don't remember much else as I was not entirely sober:) I have always wanted to see it again... I am very jealous.
